WEIGHTLOSS BODY SCULPTING
Weightloss Bootcamp is a class for individuals from ages 14 and up. This is a High Intensity training class with music to go along with each class.
SENIOR SEATED FITNESS
Seated Seniors is a low-impact fitness class for elders 60 and above. There are opportunities for those who may be younger than 60 but have disabilities to join the class as well.
INDIVIDUAL FITNESS
One on One personal training time with Trae. Your personal fitness goals and success are the primary goals during these sessions. Choose between 30 and 1hr sessions.
STEP BOARD CLASS
Step Class is for individuals high school and up. There is a step board used during class. Beginners and advanced steppers are welcomed.

Classes are $50/month with two sessions per week. There are two class times for bootcamp at 5:30pm and 7pm on Tuesday and Thursday. Classes consist of upper and lower body workouts. Step boards, leg bands, arm bands and dumbbells are all a part of class. All equipment comes with the class

Seated Seniors Fitness puts an emphasis on exercises that help class members with everyday activities. Seniors have the option of standing during class if they choose to. Classes are on Tuesday and Thursday at 12:30. Each Class is approximately 40-50 minutes long. Seniors are taught preventative measures that will help them stay safe inside and outside of class. Seated Seniors is $30/month and $10 per single session
